U.S. Department of Health and Human Services advisory committee on minority health seeks new members

Nominate a peer by May 31 for appointment on the federal committee focused on improving the health of racial and ethnic minority populations.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Minority Health is seeking nominations of qualified candidates to be considered for appointment to its Advisory Committee on Minority Health. The committee advises the secretary of health and human services on ways to improve the health of racial and ethnic minority populations and on the development of goals and program activities within the department that relate to disease prevention, health promotion, service delivery and research impacting racial and ethnic minority populations.
