Listserv: Applied Psychological Science (APPS)APPS is an information network for psychologists interested in the application of psychological science (e.g. Industrial Organizational Psychology, Consulting Psychology, Education Psychology, Exercise & Sports Psychology, Applied Experimental Psychology, Environmental Psychology, Forensic Psychology. Military Psychology, Community Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, School Psychology. This is a moderated, post-only listserv developed by the Office of Applied Psychological Science in APA's Science directorate. Information germane to various aspects of applied psychological science will be distributed including: calls for papers, announcements of conferences or workshops, calls for nominations for awards, boards or committees, upcoming special issues of journals, new federal reports or programs, calls for comments on federal draft documents, and new sources of research funding. It does not include: job, post-doc or internship announcements, advertising for products (e.g. test batteries, instrumentation) or services. Subscribers are encouraged to submit items. All submissions will be edited to ensure appropriateness for the InfoNet.
