New grant for graduate student scientists
The American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS) has announced a new grant opportunity for psychology graduate students in science oriented fields. The Basic Psychological Science Research Grant provides recipients with $1000 to support thesis, dissertation, or other research.
Students in the following fields are eligible: Cognitive, Cognitive Neuroscience, Computational, Developmental, Experimental or Comparative, Industrial/Organizational, Neuropsychology, Neuroscience, Perception and Psychophysics, Personality and Individual Differences, Psycholinguistics, Physiological, Quantitative, and Social. Students in fields with a practice component (e.g., clinical, counseling, and school) are not eligible.
Applicants must be members of APAGS, the organizational unit of APA for students. All student affiliates of APA are automatically members of APAGS.
