National Academy of Sciences adds three psychologists
Three psychologists were among the 72 new members and 18 foreign associates elected this year to the National Academy of Sciences. The three psychologists are:
Barbara A. Dosher
University of California, Irvine
Michael S. Gazzaniga
University of California, Santa Barbara
Ellen M. Markman
Election to the National Academy of Sciences is considered one of the highest honors in the United States for scientists who pursue original research. The complete list of newly elected members can be found on the National Academy website.
The American Psychological Association congratulates these psychologists and all the newly elected members.
