APA Working Group on Genetic Research Issues
We explore opportunities for psychological
scientists to be active participants in the genetics revolution. The Working Group will identify various ways in which
behavioral scientists can enhance, further, and capitalize on the vast
knowledge that is rapidly accumulating in the field of genetics.
Advances in knowledge of genetics and in the ability to map and
manipulate genetic makeup will provide new niches for behavioral scientists
and practitioners alike.
