The Committee on Animal Research and Ethics (CARE) is seeking comments on the revision of its Guidelines for Ethical Conduct in the Care and Use of Animals. The Guidelines, which were last published in 1996, were based on Section 6.20 of the APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct (1992). CARE is undertaking a revision of the guidelines in light of current regulations, practices, and the 2002 APA Ethics Code.
