I'm having trouble accessing an article I purchased through PsycNET Direct. What should I do?
After you purchase an article, it will be stored in MyPsycNET for a year. My PsycNET is your personalized page where you maintain a user profile, save searches, and set up alerts. It also stores any APA PsycNET Direct purchases you make.
To get to MyPsycNET, go to APA PsycNET and you will see My PsycNET in the top right-hand corner. Click on it. You can access your articles by going to the APA PsycNET Purchases tab.
