Our in-house rush service guarantees that an order will leave our facilities within 1 to 2 business days of when we receive your order. It is then sent via UPS Ground (3–6 business days transit time) from our East Coast distribution facilities. A rush shipment charge of $10.00 will be added to the routine shipping fee.
Routine international orders are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt and shipped via international consolidator (10–15 days transit time).
Rush international orders guarantees processing within 1 to 2 business days and are sent via international mail consolidator (10–15 days transit time) from our East Coast distribution facilities. A $10.00 rush charge will be added to the routine international shipping fee.
Routine shipment is by UPS Ground Delivery Service. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from date order is received. Shipment methods other than UPS Ground Service are available by request. Order will be assessed the charge for the requested method in addition to the shipping and handling fee. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. All orders must be prepaid unless submitted on a purchase order.
Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honored.
