Description: What is the current situation in psychology in terms of diversity? How has it changed in the past 20 years? Why is diversity so important to psychology? What are the challenges and what is APA doing about them? These and other questions regarding minority representation in psychology will be answered using a combination of national data sources (U.S. Census, Department of Education, NSF, and APA), publications, and technical reports written by the presenters.
