Register online for the 2015 Work, Stress and Health Conference.

Please note that conference registration includes all conference sessions, continental breakfast, scheduled coffee/break services, receptions (but not including the special reception at The Carter Center) and conference materials. Preconference workshop registration is not included.

We encourage participation by all individuals. Attendees with disabilities are encouraged to provide advance notification of any special needs so that we can make accommodations.

Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the conference and/or preconference workshop(s) will be assessed a cancellation fee based on the following schedule: 

  • March 1-31: 20 percent of the registration and/or preconference workshop(s) fee.
  • April 1-10: 50 percent of the registration and/or preconference workshop(s) fee.
  • After April 10: 100 percent of the registration and/or preconference workshop(s) fee.

If you are unable to attend the conference and/or preconference workshop(s), a substitution may be made in writing before the conference without charge. No refunds will be given after April 10, 2015. Registrants who do not attend are subject to the full fee.

Conference Fees & Registration

The Work, Stress and Health Conference is a biennial series that addresses the changing nature of work and the implications of these changes for the health, safety and well-being of workers. Registration will open again in February 2015.

Registration fees and discount rates can be found below.

  • Early (through April 10, 2015): $450

  • Early Full-time Student (through April 10, 2015): $150

  • Late/On-site (after April 10, 2015): $525

  • Late/On-site Full-time Student (after April 10, 2015): $275

Discount Rates

These rates apply to new and renewing Society For Occupational Health Psychology (SOHP) members. The fees include conference registration and a membership to SOHP, including a one-year subscription to the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology® and all other benefits of SOHP membership.

  • New/Renewing Member Early Rate (through April 10, 2015): $470

  • New/Renewing Member Late/On-site Rate (after April 10, 2015): $545

Attendees interested in discount rates should submit a completed SOHP new member application and return with the completed conference registration form.

These rates apply to SOHP members who have already renewed their membership:

  • SOHP Member Early Rate (through April 10, 2015): $430

  • SOHP Member Late/On-Site Rate (after April 10, 2015): $505

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations at a special conference rate of $149 plus tax are available to conference presenters and attendees. All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 16 percent (8 percent sales tax and 8 percent occupancy tax).
