Figure 1: The infographic consists of a series of nested circles that increase in size, each of which corresponds to the levels and domains of the EDI model. The center of the model consists of four nested circles labeled - from smallest to largest - “Leadership and Infrastructure,” “APA," “Field of Psychology,” and “Society.” Those circles are embedded onto another larger circle consisting of four quadrants: “Education,” “Advocacy,” “Science,” and “Practice.” The final outer ring of the model comprises four interlocking arrows labeled “Access and Equity,” “Cultural and Emotional Intelligence,” “Psychological Safety,” and “Inclusive Policies and Practices.”
