  • 1. Distinguished Contributions in the Public Interest
    This award is presented to an individual who have made distinguished contributions to the Public Interest which advance sport, exercise, and performance psychology as a science and/or profession.
  • 2. Distinguished Contributions to Education and Training (Individual)
    This award is presented to a sport psychology professional, who has made a single, major contribution to the field in education and training or that over time, has consistently provided significant contributions to education and training in sport, exercise, and performance psychology.

    This award is presented to an individual who has made distinguished theoretical or empirical contributions to research in sport, exercise, and performance psychology.
  • 4. Graduate Student and Early Career Professional Travel Awards
    This award provides scholarships to eligible graduate students and early career professionals (ECP) and is intended to increase Div. 47 member participation at the 2017 APA Annual Convention.
  • 5. Diversity Travel and Membership Awards
