Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted to the CEP Office by email on or before Aug. 9, 2015.

  • Refunds requested by June 30, 2015, will be charged a 25 percent service charge PER workshop.

  • Refunds requested by July 31, 2015, will be charged a 50 percent service charge PER workshop.

  • Refunds requested by Aug. 9, 2015, will be charged a 75 percent service charge PER workshop.

  • NO refunds will be issued after Aug. 9, 2015.

CEP Workshop Cancellation Policy

The APA CEP Office reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment (seven or fewer enrollees). If the CEP Office cancels a workshop, enrollees will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund.
