Doctoral Internship: Accreditation Consultation Training Program

The Accreditation Consultation Training Program doctoral internship modules provide a general overview of APA accreditation; standards for internship programs; information about interns, supervisors/faculty, profession-wide and specific program competencies; and outcomes for program effectiveness.

Modules

  • Module 15
    Standard IV for Supervisor Faculty Staff Leader: This module covers the requirements of Standard IV for doctoral internship programs.
  • Module 25
    Standard II: Profession-Wide and Program Specific Competencies for Internship Programs: This module provides an overview of the nine required profession-wide competencies and the optional program-specific competencies.
  • Module 26
    Standard II: Aims and Learning Elements for Internship Programs: This module covers programmatic aim(s) and general learning element requirements.

    Outcomes and Program Effectiveness: This module provides guidance about the evaluation of intern’s competencies and providing outcome data for both current and internship program alumni.
