Description

This introductory workshop provides didactic and experiential instruction in theory, research, and clinical skill practice integral to the implementation of mindfulness-oriented recovery enhancement (MORE). MORE is an evidence-based, transdiagnostic therapy that unites complementary aspects of mindfulness training, third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy, and principles from positive psychology. MORE’s therapeutic effects have been demonstrated in five randomized controlled trials, and the MORE research program is currently supported by more than $25 million in federal research grants from the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Webinars are converted to video on-demand programs with closed captioning after the live air date.
