According to the most recent edition of Graduate Study in Psychology, for 2022–23 applications, Master’s psychology programs placed the highest importance on undergraduate GPAs (72%), letters of recommendation (71%), and statements of goals and objectives (68%). The lowest importance was placed on GRE scores (3-9%), Master's GPA (6%), work experience (6%), and public service (4%).
