  • 2. Scene-Based Contextual Cueing in Pigeons [PDF]
In this study, the authors explored an animal model of such contextual cueing where repeated pairings of a particular visual context with a specific location of a target stimulus facilitate target search in humans.
    Journal Article (October 2014)
  • 3. Pigeons' Tracking of Relevant Attributes in Categorization Learning [PDF]
This study presented pigeons with a visual categorization task and monitored their choice accuracy through their responses to different report buttons. The authors tracked the location of the pigeons' pecks to both the relevant and irrelevant attributes of the training stimuli using touchscreen technology in order to find out where the birds may have been attending during the course of categorization learning.
    Journal Article (April 2014)
  • 4. Integrality/Separability of Stimulus Dimensions and Multidimensional Generalization in Pigeons [PDF]
This article presents a quantitative framework for interpreting the results of multidimensional stimulus generalization experiments in animals using concepts derived from the geometrical approach to human cognition.
    Journal Article (April 2010)
