The APA Distinguished Scientific Award for the Applications of Psychology honors psychologists who have made distinguished theoretical or empirical advances in psychology leading to the understanding or amelioration of important practical problems.

nominee's current vita with list of publications
names and addresses of 10 scientists who are familiar with the nominee's work
list of three most significant and representative publications and include PDF links
list of up to 10 students/postdocs that the nominee has trained and where those individuals are now
