Award for Outstanding Dissertation in the Field of Trauma Psychology

This award recognizes the most outstanding dissertation defended in the prior academic year on a topic in the field of trauma psychology. Quantitative qualitative and theoretical dissertations are all welcome. To nominate a dissertation please send the complete dissertation, student's CV, an affirmation from Chair that the dissertation has been approved, and a short evaluation form filled out by student using the following questions, to be completed by the student:

1.     What about this project is particularly meritorious? (unique sample, innovative design, new types of analysis, etc.)
2.     How might the work have an impact on the field?
3.     What obstacles were overcome to bring this dissertation to its successful finish (financial, methodological problems, access to subjects, access to analysis)?
4.     What is your publication plan for this work?
