This award recognizes a non-division member for outstanding media portrayal, contribution to key legislation, or other contributions that has been made to advancing the understanding of the addictions.

This award may be given annually, however, there is no requirement that it be given annually.

Nominees cannot be members of Div. 50 (Society for Addiction Psychology).
