The Election Committee (EC) shall:
be responsible for the conduct of elections by voting Members of the Association,
determine the results of all such elections,
investigate complaints about APA elections, and
certify the outcome of the elections to the Board of Directors and Council.
The EC shall also oversee the voting bylaws amendments and shall certify the results.
