CoA will begin to offer self-study and site visit workshops for the Standards of Accreditation (SoA)opens in new window (PDF, 217KB) in January 2016. These workshops are held at training council meetings and conferences. The in-person workshops currently scheduled for January through April 2016 all focus on applying the SoA to doctoral programs. The first scheduled in-person workshops for internship and postdoctoral residency programs are scheduled to take place in May 2016. In an effort to ensure that internship and postdoctoral residency programs with self-studies due Sept. 1, 2016, (under the SoA) are provided access to sufficient training, CoA will offer a series of online webinars for internship and postdoctoral residency programs. These webinars will take place in March/April 2016 and recordings of the webinars will be placed on the accreditation website. More information on the webinars will be released in early 2016.
