The CoA will notify the program in writing and specify what additional information is needed and/or what concerns need to be addressed in order to determine the program’s consistency with the SoA.

² In accordance with Section 2.,  Appeal of a Decision , as outlined in the  Accreditation Operating Procedures of the Commission on Accreditation (AOP) , this decision is being made public although it is not yet considered final. This program has 30 days from receipt of the decision letter to appeal the adverse decision. The adverse decision is not considered final until (1) 30 days after the program is notified of the decision and the program elects not to appeal, or (2) if the program elects to appeal the decision, after receipt of the appeal panel report if the appeal panel upholds the CoA’s decision.
