The purpose of our 2020 survey was to:
- understand the needs of individuals who promote and engage in continuing education and lifelong learning;
- gather sponsor perceptions about our systems and processes;
- assess experiences related to the online application system (CESA OAS);
- evaluate sponsor practices related to COVID-19 and CE sponsorship;
- examine the use and accessibility of CE sponsor resources.
