Description

The authors discuss the differences and impact of retributive justice and restorative justice and their impact on individuals and communities. They develop and discuss a the Restorative Justice Attitudes Scale (RJAS) which is based on a five factor structure to measure five dimensions including empathic understanding, harm and needs, restoration processes, accountability, and community engagement.
