Description

This webinar integrates the Age, Developmental and acquired Disabilities, Religion, Ethnicity, Socioeconomic status, Sexual orientation, Indigenous heritage, National origin, and Gender (ADDRESSING) Identities and bioecosystem models for guiding practitioners in increasing cultural humility and awareness in treatment and in treatment settings. Multiculturally-responsive tools and interventions are shared for promoting equity, diversity and inclusion among patients and colleagues across the mental health ecosystem.

This program is part of the Professional Development Training Institute Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion series.

Learning objectives

  • Familiarize yourself with the ADDRESSING framework and how it can be used to increase awareness of identity-related issues in treatment.
