Valamere Mikler, PhD

Mikler is an educator, community advocate, and researcher. She is the founder of She Ran Tech, Inc., a digital privacy and tech-education initiative that educates and empowers girls and women on internet safety and securing STEM careers, especially for self-identifying people of color. With a background in criminal justice, business, and industrial organizational psychology, Mikler advocates for equity in the workplace, technology, and DEI spaces. Her work aims to create opportunities, curate resources, and call to action for social change.
