Description
The limitations imposed by the pandemic can interfere with traditional approaches to building referral relationships in the communities served by mental health professionals. At the same time, telehealth can expand the boundaries of service areas beyond the towns and cities in which clinicians practice.
Using an interview format, supported by slides, this program will address how to market ethically during these times of profound change. Marketing will be distinguished from advertising. The responsibility for ethical marketing to help educate the community about reputable services will be discussed. Options for effective marketing in this digital age will be addressed, along with approaches to deal with negative online reviews.
Webinars are converted to video on-demand programs with closed captioning after the live air date
