Description
This intermediate workshop identifies the cultural and contextual factors that influence ethical dilemmas and impact good ethical decision making in rural and other small communities. Emphasizing situations that are particularly relevant in small communities, such as confidentiality and multiple relationships, the presenter includes several case-based examples of routine and unexpected encounters that can lead to ethical dilemmas. Participants learn to identify these dilemmas early, identify strategies for avoiding or preventing ethical missteps, and apply appropriate and culturally informed decision-making strategies when dilemmas emerge.
Webinars are converted to video on-demand programs with closed captioning after the live air date.
