Description
Supporting Teens’ Autonomy Daily (STAND) is an evidence-based, weekly parent–teen therapy for adolescent attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Modular treatment provides training in organization, time management, planning, parent-teen communication, and age-appropriate parenting practices. STAND is an engagement-focused approach that blends motivational interviewing with skills training and behavioral contracting. Each component of the treatment is covered in this intermediate workshop, as well as population-specific engagement strategies. The training involves a combination of didactics, videos, and interactive discussion.
