Description
When leaders are good communicators, they help people make better choices. As a result, understanding psychological theory that underlies linkages between communication and decision making is critical and especially in times of uncertainty, change, and opportunity. Leaders need first to identify the goals of their communication (an oft-overlooked step) and then strategically choose evidence-based communication techniques that will help them best meet those goals.
