Leadership that Endures: Embedding Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging in Your Organization

Given our changing society, addressing inequity through leadership is more important than ever. The goal of this workshop will be to help organizations and leaders understand why equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is central to increasing a sense of belonging and to advancing the future of society.

• Identify at least two challenges for recruitment and retention of leaders from diverse ethnic and racial groups.
• Describe dimensions of diversity to consider embedding in your organization or workplace.
• Identify strategies for increasing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
