Description
Leaders know that planning and practice can result in good outcomes when the challenges are anticipated. But when the challenges are unexpected, the very best outcomes depend on the ability to draw on past experience, keep a cool head, and rely on your core values. The application of agile learning principles help leaders discover the cognitively flexible, clear-minded, and purpose-driven core of each individual. A culture of continuous learning helps leaders and their teams prepare for the unexpected, promotes clarity of thought for sound and unbiased decision-making, and reinforces core values to maintain motivation. This workshop is based on Dr. Tamara S. Lyn’s 20 years of expertise as a prison psychologist and Warden. She knows first-hand the intense demands and rewards of meeting challenges in high stakes, high impact environments.
