Description

This introductory webinar describes immigration-related psychological evaluations associated with humanitarian options (i.e., extreme hardship, asylum, SIJS, T Visa and U visa) and their related psycholegal referral questions. The presenter highlights major areas that need to be addressed in these types of reports with short case examples. This presentation has an emphasis on thorough assessment of abuse and trauma relevant to several types of immigration cases, as well as tips for obtaining assessment measures in other languages.
