Description
During this webinar, participants will be introduced to the evidence-based strategies in this self-help guide that can be offered to their clients as an adjunct to the therapy they are providing and to individuals who do not want or cannot access therapy at this time. Audience members will become familiarized with the strategies that help identify and interrupt the loop of unhealthy guilt and shame that is common following traumatic or adverse experiences. Allard will use relatable case examples to help illustrate how some of the steps are implemented.
