Description

“Women’s Microaggressions Scale (WoMenS): A Comprehensive Sexism Scale,” authors Elisa Miyake, Lydia HaRim Ahn, Alisia G.T.T. Tran, and Annabelle L. Atkin, developed the Women’s Microaggressions Scale (WoMenS) based on gender microaggressions theory. Two studies were conducted with findings that demonstrated the scale can be used as one general factor to test for microaggressions against women or as eight specific factors related to gender microaggressions. The study also provided evidence of women’s experiences with gender microaggressions. Copyright: 2025
