Description
Professional practices go through developmental stages and transitions. This can be intensified by the impact of the pandemic. Reshaping your practice after years of working in a particular fashion can be quite stressful and difficult. Where do you start? This workshop will provide participants a methodology for envisioning the next stage of their practice and developing a plan to address key decisions. Considerations around practice partners, transitioning to a niche practice, and using data to help with projections and important decisions will be addressed.
Learning objectives
- List advantages of having a clearly defined practice vision.
- Describe types of metrics that are important for running an outpatient mental health practice.
