An evidence-based, self-guided program on how to work effectively in teams.

School-based professionals (teachers, principals, social workers, counselors, psychologists, etc.) are required to serve on a range of school-based teams (IEP teams, problem-solving teams, curriculum development teams, etc.). However, they oftentimes do not receive adequate training on how to do so effectively — especially when it comes to interdisciplinary or interprofessional teams.

TEACH Teamwork provides an evidence-based, self-guided program on how to work effectively in teams.

For questions and/or comments, please contact Maha Khalid at the Center for Psychology in Schools and Education.

The TEACH Teamwork program is a modification of the TeamSTEPPS program, which has been conducted with professionals who work in high-stakes arenas (e.g., medical professionals on surgery teams).
