In this webinar, the presenter will describe a framework for evaluating appropriate and measurable leadership goals across the many stages of a participant’s career. The presenter will also outline practical steps that participants can take to begin reaching these goals in their contexts. Finally, the presenter will share with participants research-based strategies to manage multiple goals and life roles. An emphasis on effective self-care strategies will underlie this third component. Original webinar date: March 13, 2019.
