APA's Council of Representatives held a roll-call vote on the issue of whether to provide $500 in transportation expenses to council members whose travel to APA's 2013 Annual Convention in Honolulu are not otherwise paid for by APA. The motion passed with 30 in favor, 29 against, 15 abstentions and 87 recusals.*
