APA’s strategic efforts to renew memberships for 2025 have begun

As the fall season approaches, APA is gearing up to renew the memberships of over 146,000 APA and division members. This effort marks a significant undertaking to ensure that the APA community remains vibrant, connected, and empowered for the year 2025.

The campaign to renew these memberships began at the APA convention and has continued with 2025 renewal reminders emailed repeatedly through the renewal season.

Renewal emails serve as the cornerstone of the renewal drive and direct members to their personalized renewal statement. This statement provides a hassle-free way for members to renew their memberships effortlessly, making the process as convenient as possible. APA members as well as division members renew the same way.

However, it's important to note that while these renewal emails are pivotal in driving renewals, they are just one piece of the puzzle. The APA Membership Office employs a multifaceted approach to ensure that all members receive the necessary reminders to maintain their connection with APA and their divisions. On top of the email communications, the renewal campaign leverages several other channels such as postcards, E-newsletter alerts, and more.

These concerted renewal efforts extend from APA convention throughout the following months, culminating in April 2025, giving members ample time and opportunities to renew their memberships for 2025.

Please note that this process will apply to divisions that have membership managed by APA.*

Here’s how to access the renewal:

  1. Go to https://My.APA.orgopens in new window and login with the email address attached to your membership record.
  2. Look for your renewal link in the upper right corner.

A renewal link should be available to everyone who has a current 2024 division membership.
