The Association of Heads of Departments of Psychology (AHDP) is a group of chairs of psychology departments at colleges and universities. Our membership tends to draw from teaching-oriented institutions. Members have access to a listserv to share resources and advice. An annual conference is held each fall with professional development that is tailored specifically to psychology department chairs. Also keep an eye out for AHDP discussion hours at regional conventions (SEPA, MPA, WPA, etc.). Membership is $25 per year.
