Building, Engaging and Supporting Your Team During Times of Uncertainty
APA Emerging Leadership Academy
November 2020
Team development, connection, and performance can be especially challenging during times of marked uncertainty. Some or all team members may be working remotely and risk less connection to each other and to shared organizational and team goals. This webinar will focus on building and supporting your team during times of uncertainty and crisis. Strategies to steady, connect, engage, and support your team will be reviewed. Issues of diversity and inclusion among team members will also be discussed. Participants will have the opportunity to identify leadership approaches to build and support their teams for innovation and performance – even during a global pandemic and other pressing social challenges. Original webinar date: November 18, 2020.
