The American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS) has released a video that explains the field's internship crisis and calls for psychologists to help solve it.
In recent years, hundreds of students who applied for accredited internships did not get them. APAGS is urging all psychologists to be part of the solution by bringing attention to the issue and advancing change. Their video, at "Ending the Internship Crisis," offers the latest data on the shortage as well as students' personal reactions to not matching.
