This past summer, the Commission on Ethnic Minority Recruitment, Retention and Training in Psychology Task Force (CEMMRAT) sponsorship of the fourth Biennial American Psychological Association Div. 45 Conference brought together over 500 psychology students, professors and emerging scholars. Hosted by the Stanford Graduate School of Education and Palo Alto University, the conference served to connect and inform participants of the social and mental health concerns of racial and ethnic minorities and members of other marginalized identities, including religious and sexual minorities.
