APA has released an online version of its highly successful Respect Workshop: Preventing Health Risks and Promoting Health Outcomes among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) Students. Aimed at school professionals, the course seeks to promote sexual health and responsibility and prevent HIV infection, other sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy among LGBTQ students. It discusses how to provide direct services and use school-based practices that promote sexual health and responsibility among LGBTQ students.
